Brett Binkley, Sales Associate

What does 17 years of sales and marketing experience get you? A client focused REALTOR® who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care. His vast sales experience has given him strong negotiating skills with a sense of urgency for a job well done. Brett promises to listen, be detailed oriented, follow through and communicate with his clients from start to finish. Whether listing their home for sale or helping a buyer find their home, Brett helps to make the experience stress free.

Brett and his wife of 15 years, Suzann, whom he met at Miami University, moved to Boyne City in March of 1993 when they rented a small cottage on Lake Charlevoix. They had decided after living in Chicagoland for a year that they wanted to move to a place they wanted to live rather than let a corporate job dictate where they should live—and they’ve been here ever since. Now, raising two boys, they’re both involved in the community serving on local boards and other organizations.

Brett’s experiences vary from business ownership, to working as a marketing rep. for a non-profit trade association, to also being licensed for insurance sales.

When Brett isn’t assisting his clients in the purchasing or selling of real estate, his passion in the summer is boating on Lake Charlevoix with his family and friends in an old Slickcraft runabout he renovated.

It may be a cliché, but Brett believes in under promising and over delivering to his customers and clients which may be a refreshing approach.
