Karen Schroeder, Sales Associate

A Boyne City native, Karen Schroeder brings some great real estate experience as well as a large extended family into her practice.

Karen started out in real estate eight and a half years ago working as the executive officer for the Antrim, Charlevoix, Kalkaska Board of Realtors, where she became an expert in the rules and regulations of the Multiple Listing System. She was an asset to the entire ACK Board with her willingness to work with agents to ensure that their listings were accurate and current.

It was a natural move from that to being a real estate agent’s assistant, but she quickly realized she was ready to become licensed herself. Since she became a REALTOR®, Karen has prided herself on giving her clients 110%, and she believes that the most important elements any agent can bring to the table are her honesty, integrity, and ethics. Karen’s good nature and common sense don’t hurt, either.

She is always a stickler for doing business by the book, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy her clients – who generally become her friends. A lover of the Upper Peninsula, Karen also enjoys racing, NASCAR, four-wheeling, and camping.
